Pan for gold near one of the last remaining historic gold rush covered bridges in California. At 330 feet long, this historic gold rush bridge is the longest covered bridge west of the Mississippi River. See the remains of an old 1860 mill on the river. Also see the natural history exhibits at the museum.
You will receive two hours of gold panning instruction from a professional prospector, then he will send you on your way, to find your own "Mother Lode" down this beautiful tree lined river.
Don't forget the fishing pole and your swim trunks. We'll even shuttle you back to your car.
